My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were very warm and comfortable, offering a good size and a nice view over the park, which was a big improvement from the older rooms I have stayed in before. However, the room temperature became extremely hot when the heating came on early in the morning, which was not acceptable. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and welcoming team, especially the bar staff led by the bar Supervisor DIO. They were all polite, professional, and fun, making for an excellent night. The location was convenient, with good parking at the hotel and easy access to the city center by bus. When it comes to dining, the meals were good overall, but the prices were on the higher side, especially for breakfast. The hotel facilities were in good condition. Value for money was reasonable, but improvements in room temperature control could enhance the overall experience.
